Sunglass Warehouse Review & Giveaway

I was so excited when I was contacted by Mama Bzz and Sunglass Warehouse to not only review BUT also host a giveaway!!!!! Who doesn't need or want a new pair of sunglasses by this stage of summer!? ( I also feel that we should vote to move the first official day of summer back!).

There is something for everyone at Sunglass Warehouse. I found styles my husband loves with me that was no problem. I love sunglasses as much as I love flip flops. And I love some flip flops!

Here is a brief overview of the Sunglass Warehouse - free shipping on orders over $25, all sunglasses are under $20, 365 day returns, UVA/UVB protection on all styles.

Here are the sunglasses that I selected:

I am wearing these glasses everywhere. They've been in the pool, the bottom of my purse, shoved in my locker at work, "played" with by the baby, flung on the floor. These suckers have withstood all of this (without even a scratch!). I have to say I'm extra happy with all the baby stretching the head isn't loose at all - still fit like a glove!

I'm so happy to have these glasses in my possession - oh and did I mention these glasses are on sale right now for under $14?!

BUY THEM
Go to Sunglass Warehouse, order yourself a pair. You won't be disappointed!

WIN THEM

Hee Hee! I'm giggling for you really! I scored one of my precious, lovely peeps a $20 Gift Certificate! YEA!!!

I want to thank Mama Bzz and Sunglass Warehouse for allowing me to participate. I was given a pair of sunglasses to try but no other compensation was received. The opinions expressed here are my own. This giveaway will end on July 9th at 11:59 pm CST. Winners will be chosen via random.org. Please leave your profile public or leave me a valid email address so I can contact you if you win. Good luck friends!

CoverMate Food Covers - Review and Giveaway

So, I had a party. I think I mentioned that yesterday. A big party which meant a lot of food! Lucky for me, I was given the opportunity to review CoverMate Food Covers. This is the season for parties - graduations, showers, weddings, etc. That being said a lot of food is in/out of our fridges, not to mention the picnics, going camping and all the summer fun.

You want to be eco friendly?!?! (without using tupperware?!?!) Here is your chance. These handy, dandy covers are designed to fit over your existing bowls. For me, I prepped the salads and the baked beans the night before - thanks to CoverMate, I was able to store the prepped food in their serving dish! Less dishes to wash - awesome. I like plastic wrap - but feel nature naughty using it - use it once and toss. Not with CoverMate - these covers go thru the dishwasher! How awesome is that?!?! My bowls and serving dishes are not one size fits all - lucky for me - neither are the CoverMate Food Covers. They have this awesome elastic bands that fit around just about anything!

And if you need more information you can view this video:

How do you clean these CoverMate Covers you ask?!?! The answer I already told you once - but you run these thru the dishwasher. You just place the CoverMate Food Cover inside out on a plate, bowl, cup, etc. and run the dishwasher. If you messed up both sides just flip it around and rinse under the tap (that's what I did). Worked like a charm!!!

Make your next gathering easy or just make daily dinner cleanup a breeze!

Now here are some offers you can't refuse:

CoverMate Food Covers has a great deal for my readers. You can go to their website - the link provided - request a free sample all you have to pay is postage (which is $3.95 + you will receive a coupon for $1 off your next purchase). AWESOME DEAL!!! Think of plastic wrap and how much one box of that stuff costs you - this is an investment really.....

CoverMate Food Covers has also generously donated a sample pack identical to the pack that I received - how cool is that?!?!

Red Gold Tomatoes Review and Giveaway

I was contacted by Red Gold Tomatoes to do a review of their yummy (I'll get to that) diced tomatoes. I was expected a little something from Red Gold. To my surprise this huge prize pack appeared on my doorstep. The kids and I had so much fun opening the box. I was floored to see this:

I know that the picture is a little small - because there is so much stuff!!!!!

All of the gifts were contained in this super cute. oversized Red Gold Tomato Can - my eldest has already claimed it for Lego storage.

- Inside there were 3 sample cans of tomatoes - Plain, garlic, basil & oregano, and finally with green chili's
- 2 copies of an awesome cookbook "Heartwarming Recipes"
- Reusable shopping bag with the Red Gold Logo
- Magnet
- Magnetic Clip
- A copy of Red Gold Tomatoes Video Library and Media Assets DVD
- A Diecast Van Trailer with the Red Gold Logo
- Recipe Cards with various tomato soup recipes
- Floppy Jar opener

Let me start with a little history of Red Gold Tomatoes. Red Gold is a family owned Indiana based company that started in the 1940's. They grow all of their tomatoes locally in the Midwest (Michigan, Ohio, & Indiana). They don't just stop with canned tomatoes, they also have ketchup, tomato juice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, chili beans, and so much more.

The tomatoes were so good! I checked out their prices at the grocery store and very reasonable.

For dinner one night I used one of the cans and one of the recipes from the provided cookbook. Everyone was pretty pleased. They loved the taste of dinner. My oldest kept telling me how he loves tomatoes now. That was awesome since we are still struggling with his lack of appetite and he scarfed dinner down like it was going out of style. I made the Tomato Basil Chicken Recipe btw.

WIN IT!! Win an identical replica of the oversized, stuffed full of goodies can I that recieved.

MANDATORY:

Go to the Red Gold website. Tell me something that you learned or a recipe that you want to try.
